Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Disassemble the machinery and pack all components securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
