How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, freight delivery for large gym systems typically arrives within 7-10 business days.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we partner with third-party technicians to provide professional in-home assembly. You can select this option during the checkout process for an additional fee.
What is the warranty on Powertec strength equipment?
We offer a lifetime warranty on frames, a 3-year warranty on component parts (such as bearings and spring pins), and a 1-year warranty on pads and grips.
Can I return my order if it doesn't fit my space?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The equipment must be in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
